In 2000, Arctic Spas expanded their rapidly growing hot tub business to the UK with a warehouse and distribution company. Our UK operations now provide a wide range of support services for dozens of retail hot tub businesses throughout the UK and Europe.
David Martin, a local entrepreneur, has guided the steady (and sometimes frantic) growth of the UK operations from its humble beginnings at Skinny House to the present day at the impressive warehouse and showroom in the Hartlebury Trading Estate in Hartlebury, Worcs. The UK team has contributed a great deal to the success of Arctic Spas global operations, which you can read more about below.

We lead where others follow.
Across the globe, Arctic Spas is best known for two things – making beautiful hot tubs purpose-built for extreme weather, and for pushing the technological limits of our industry.
Since our inception nearly 20 years ago, we have pioneered dozens and dozens of innovations that make owning and enjoying our spas easier, more relaxing and more fun. For 2014, its business as usual for our R&D team, as they have unveiled the amazing onSpa® with WebConnect, making real-time monitoring and total control of your spa anywhere on the planet a reality.
Here is a little list of some of our favourite milestones!
Our focus continues to be on offering the most innovative designs, provide a wonderful hot tub experience, costing less to operate, and require the least amount of maintenance. Our spas combine the most advanced spa technology with world-class construction techniques to ensure your enjoyment for years to come.
We’d like to thank you for considering getting into “hot water!” From our rural backgrounds, we are proud of our product and the company we’ve built.
